Q1: What is Digital Seads?
A: Digital Seads is an online store offering downloadable digital products such as AI prompts, chatbots, templates, landing pages, HTML themes, stock images, recorded courses, and e-books. All items are delivered digitally—no physical shipping involved.

Q2: How are the products delivered?
A: Once your payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive your product instantly via download link on the website or email. Bundles or course access may take up to 24 hours.

Q3: Do I need any software to use the products?
A: Most products are standard file types (.pdf, .zip, .jpg, .docx, .ppt, .html). Specific tools (like AI platforms, WordPress, Notion, Figma, or Canva) may be needed for some files.

🔹 PAYMENTS 🔹

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets via Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.

Q5: Is it safe to pay through your site?
A: Yes. We use Razorpay, a trusted Indian payment gateway with secure encryption. We don’t store your card or payment data.

🔹 DELIVERY & ACCOUNT 🔹

Q6: I didn’t receive my product after payment. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam/promotions folder. If still missing, contact support@digitalseads.online with your Order ID. We’ll resolve it within 24 hours.

Q7: Can I re-download a product if I lost it?
A: Yes. You can download up to 5 times within 7 days of purchase. Contact support if you need more access.

Q8: My order status says ‘Pending’—how do I get my product?
A: This can happen due to payment delays or browser issues. Email us with your payment receipt, and we’ll verify and fulfil the order manually if needed.

🔹 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS 🔹

Q9: Do you offer refunds?
A: We don’t offer refunds for delivered digital products. Refunds are issued only if:

  • You paid twice

  • The file was corrupt/unusable

  • You didn’t receive the file due to a verified technical error
    Please read our Refund Policy for details.

Q10: Can I cancel my order after payment?
A: No. Since digital products are delivered instantly, cancellations are not possible after payment is completed.

🔹 LICENSING & USAGE 🔹

Q11: Can I resell, redistribute, or share the product?
A: No. All products are licensed for personal or business use. Redistribution, resale, or uploading elsewhere is strictly prohibited.

Q12: Can I use the product for client work or commercial projects?
A: Yes—if the product license permits it. Most templates, prompts, and themes come with a single-business-use license. For resale, you must contact us for extended or commercial licensing.

Q13: I need help using the product. How can I reach you?
A: Email us at support@digitalseads.online. We reply within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM IST).

Q14: Do you provide installation or customization services?
A: Not at this time. Products are sold as-is with basic usage instructions.
